ABOUT ME

I started out as a teacher, eager to inspire young minds. But life had other plans. The heart-wrenching loss of someone to mental health shattered my world, propelling me into a new path of supporting well-being. Yet, life’s twists continued, leading me to work with those impacted by the criminal justice system.

Through these experiences, I've learned first hand the power of resilience and have seen how using my lived experience has been transformative for those I have supported. Now, I'm passionate about helping others turn their pain into purpose.
